Return Policy
At Noola, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and understand that returns may sometimes be necessary. You can return your order for a full refund, store credit, or exchange. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
Returns
You have the right to return any product purchased from Noola within 30 days of the delivery date. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Return shipping costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part, or the product is defective or incorrect (wrong variant). Please note that delays due to customs or shipping, which are beyond our control, are not valid reasons for initiating a return.
Return authorization:
Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
If your package is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, we will cover the return shipping costs. You’ll receive a discount code to use during the return process. In all other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Return shipping responsibility:
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. Again, shipping delays beyond our control are not valid grounds for a return.
Order Issues / Wrong Item
Products that are incorrect, defective, or damaged during shipping can be returned. The item must be in its original, unused condition and packaging. Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it for eligibility. If the return is approved, we’ll issue a replacement or refund based on your preference.
Exchange Requests
Exchanges are only possible within the stated return period, usually within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during return shipping. We only offer exchanges for products of equal value. If the exchanged item has a different value, the customer is responsible for paying the price difference. Customers are also responsible for return shipping costs.
Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is completed. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
All returns must meet the following conditions:

Unused Products: Merchandise must remain in original condition. We cannot accept returns for used items.

No Damage: Products must be free from damage unless they were received in a damaged condition.

Special Exceptions: In some cases, we may send you a replacement without requiring the return of the original item. If you’re not satisfied with the replacement, both the original and replacement items must be returned in order to qualify for a refund. Please note that this is a one-time exception, and replacements are only provided when the items are returned.
Restocking Fee
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This covers return processing, restocking, and potential depreciation of returned products.
Restocking Fee Exceptions
The restocking fee may be waived in cases such as:

The wrong item was shipped and a replacement is not available
Exception requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Changes to the Return Policy
Noola reserves the right to modify or update this return policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately once published on our website.
